Virgil's insolvency career began shortly after the introduction of the Enterprise Act in 2002. He developed his technical and commercial experience in an established, 3-partner, general practice firm in West London. Virgil acquired the firm in 2015.
His reputable professional contacts cover various professional service sectors, which is priceless for clients seeking width of guidance and advice to navigate day-to-day challenges creditors and companies face.
Virgil is authorised to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the UK by the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IP No. 19090). He is a Fellow of the IPA and of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).
Virgil enjoys advising and guiding people through difficult and stressful periods. He acts also for creditors, directors, shareholders, professionals, bankrupts by adopting a reasonably, sensitive approach and applies this to open and frank discussions.

In 2016 Emily graduated with a degree in Criminology. She has transferred her key interests and has focused on a career on insolvency. She enjoys working the firm, which has seen her move through the ranks since 2017. She now utilises her experience to provide oversight in respect of all types of cases, whilst supporting Virgil.
